Who we are
TAGSIL is a tracking platform operated by Techysoar. It gives each customer a project-based workspace for configuring, verifying, and monitoring tracking for their website.
For account and service-administration data, TAGSIL acts as the business responsible for deciding how that information is used. For website visitor data processed through a customer's tracking project, the customer decides the tracking purpose and TAGSIL processes the data on that customer's instructions.
Data we process
Depending on how the service is used, we may process:
- account details such as name, email address, sign-in identifiers, and session information;
- project details such as project name, website domain, selected modules, setup choices, and connection status;
- technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs;
- tracking configuration, event names, event identifiers, event times, source URLs, delivery status, and error information;
- when a customer enables a supported destination, destination and business-asset identifiers plus authorization information needed to operate that connection; and
- when configured by a customer, event-matching information such as email, phone, name, external identifiers, browser identifiers, attribution parameters, transaction references, value, and currency.
The exact data depends on the customer's website, selected tracking module, event configuration, and connected sources. Customers should configure only the information needed for their lawful tracking purpose.
How we use data
We use information to:
- authenticate users and provide project workspaces;
- save configuration and operate customer-requested tracking routes;
- verify connections, correlate configured events, and prevent duplicate delivery;
- deliver events to destinations chosen by the customer;
- monitor health, diagnose failures, protect the service, and prevent misuse;
- respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests; and
- meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use customer event data for unrelated advertising.
Meta Tracking module
When a customer chooses the Meta Tracking module, TAGSIL may receive authorized access to the customer's selected Meta business assets and Dataset. The active connection is limited to permissions required for measurement and connection management.
A configured website may collect Meta-specific browser signals such as _fbp,_fbc, an external identifier, event identifiers, event source URL, browser information, and customer-provided matching fields. Applicable customer identifiers are normalized and hashed before server delivery to Meta; browser and attribution signals that Meta expects in their original form are not hashed. Browser and server copies of the same event may share an event name and event identifier so Meta can deduplicate them.
Meta processes delivered information under its own terms and privacy policies. A customer is responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required for tracking on its website.
Retention and security
We retain account and project information while it is needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, support, legal, and audit purposes. Tracking context and event records are retained only for the period needed for the configured route, diagnostics, deduplication, and any customer-selected retention setting. Retention may vary by data type and connected provider.
TAGSIL uses access controls, transport encryption, project-scoped data boundaries, and encrypted server-side handling for sensitive connection credentials. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to reduce access to the minimum required for operation.
Your choices and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Account users can contact us directly. Website visitors should normally contact the business whose website collected the information because that business controls the tracking configuration.
For deletion steps, visit TAGSIL Data Deletion. For privacy questions, email info@techysoar.com. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date shown above.
