Data Deletion — TAGSIL

Choose the right request

TAGSIL account users may request deletion of their account, projects, connection data, or a specific project. If you visited a website that uses TAGSIL, contact that website's owner first: the website owner controls which events are collected and why.

If the website owner cannot help, you may contact TAGSIL and identify the website domain involved. Do not email passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents.

Submit a deletion request

Email info@techysoar.comwith the subject “TAGSIL data deletion request.”

Include only the information needed to locate the records:

the email address used for your TAGSIL account, if applicable;
the project name and website domain;
whether you want the account, one project, a connection, or specific data deleted; and
if you are a website visitor, the website domain and an approximate interaction date.

Remove Meta authorization

If you authorized TAGSIL through Meta, you may also remove the integration from your Meta business settings. Removing the authorization stops future access but does not by itself delete records already held by TAGSIL.

To request deletion of stored Meta connection data, include the TAGSIL project and website domain in your email. We will remove the project's stored authorization and connection records unless retention is required for security or law. Never send a Meta access token by email.

What deletion covers

A verified request may cover:

account profile and workspace membership information;
project names, website domains, setup plans, and configuration;
destination connection identifiers and stored authorization credentials;
tracking context, event, delivery, and diagnostic records associated with the requested scope; and
browser-local TAGSIL setup state, which you can also clear through your browser's site-data controls.

Data sent to a customer-selected destination, such as Meta, is also held by that provider. The customer or affected person may need to use the provider's separate privacy tools to request deletion there.

Verification and timing

We may verify that the requester controls the relevant account, project, or email address before deleting information. We will respond and complete verified requests within the period required by applicable law.

Some information may remain temporarily in restricted backups or be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Retained information is isolated from ordinary product use and removed when the applicable retention requirement ends.

Confirmation
